Transparency is all the rage in business culture today. It's hard to pick up a magazine without seeing some reference to transparency or it's impact on business. While most companies or even traditional business practices have always made decisions behind closed doors and then brought to market or to their customers the results of these meetings. Not any more.
So what does transparency mean to SBI?
To SBI transparency means allowing our customers to know exactly what is going on within our customers. This blog is an attempt for all levels of our team to communicate in a forum about their challenges, their wishes and anything that really is on their minds.
We've often thought SBI would make a great "Reality" TV show, so why not give you the opportunity here to know what goes on behind that little green door?
We look forward to your comments. We hope you find this idea as interesting as we do. We certainly are terrified to some extent as to what to expect, but I think if one thing is accomplished.
